Platform Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: April 12, 2026
Version 1.0
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your individual use of the Supreme Intelligence Artificial Intelligence Platform ("Platform") operated by Supreme Optimization, LLC ("Supreme Optimization," "we," "us," or "our"). By logging in to or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this AUP.
This AUP supplements your organization's contractual agreements with Supreme Optimization, including any Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or AI Services Addendum. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and those agreements, the contractual agreements govern.
-
1. Who This Applies To
This AUP applies to every individual who accesses the Platform, regardless of role, seniority, or the nature of their use. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that all authorized users are aware of and comply with this AUP. Access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared with any other individual.
-
2. Permitted Use
The Platform is provided to you for legitimate business purposes in connection with your organization's engagement with Supreme Optimization. You may use the Platform to:
- Submit data, documents, and prompts ("AI System Inputs") to generate analytics, content, and other outputs ("AI System Outputs") in support of your organization's business objectives.
- Access workflows, dashboards, reports, and tools made available to you through the Platform.
- Review, download, and use AI System Outputs in accordance with your organization's internal processes and applicable agreements.
-
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Platform to:
3.1 Unauthorized or Harmful Activities
- Access or attempt to access the Platform using another person's credentials.
- Use the Platform for any purpose not authorized by your organization's agreement with Supreme Optimization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the Platform, its servers, or connected networks.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Platform.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
3.2 Prohibited Content and Data
- Protected Health Information (PHI): You must not submit PHI to the Platform unless your organization has executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Supreme Optimization and any additional required safeguards are in place. If you are unsure whether a BAA is in place, contact your organization's Platform administrator before submitting any health-related data.
- Highly sensitive data: You must not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card data, government-issued identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data unless expressly authorized by your organization's agreement with Supreme Optimization.
- Illegal or harmful content: You must not submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of any third party.
3.3 Intellectual Property Restrictions
- You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying models of the Platform.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform or its components, except as expressly permitted.
- You must not attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate the AI models, weights, or training data used by the Platform.
3.4 Misrepresentation
- You must not represent AI System Outputs as having been created, reviewed, or endorsed by a qualified human professional when such representation is material and no human review has occurred.
- You must not use AI System Outputs in a manner that misrepresents their nature or origin where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or your organization's policies.
-
4. AI Output Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Decision-support only. All AI System Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided as decision-support tools. They are not a substitute for professional judgment.
- No guarantee of accuracy. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or bias. Supreme Optimization does not warrant that outputs are free from error.
- Human review required. All outputs must undergo your organization's own internal review processes before use, deployment, or distribution. This includes, where applicable, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review.
- Compliance features are assistive. Any compliance pre-screening, risk flagging, or similar features within the Platform are assistive in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or medical advice.
- No liability for unreviewed outputs. Supreme Optimization shall not be liable for any regulatory, legal, or commercial consequences arising from the use or deployment of Platform outputs without independent review.
-
5. Data Handling
The following principles govern how data is handled on the Platform:
- No model training on your data. Supreme Optimization does not train or fine-tune foundation AI models. The underlying models are pre-trained by their respective developers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your AI System Inputs are not used to train any model.
- Client isolation. Your organization's data is not shared with other clients and is not incorporated into any global model training.
- Enterprise-tier protections. Our agreements with foundation model providers include contractual commitments that client data will not be used by the provider to train or improve their generalized AI models.
- Aggregated insights only. Supreme Optimization may retain aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified insights derived from Platform usage. These insights never contain confidential or individually identifiable information.
For detailed information about how your personal data is handled within the Platform, please review the Platform Privacy Notice, available within the Platform.
-
6. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring that you do not share your credentials with any other individual.
- Notifying your organization's Platform administrator immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.
- Logging out of the Platform when you are finished using it, particularly on shared or public devices.
-
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
Supreme Optimization reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for security, compliance, and performance purposes. We may, in our sole discretion:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate this AUP.
- Report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Cooperate with law enforcement in connection with any investigation related to Platform misuse.
Suspension or termination of your individual access does not affect your organization's broader agreement with Supreme Optimization unless otherwise specified in the applicable MSA or SOW.
-
8. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your Platform access.
- Notification to your organization's designated administrator.
- Pursuit of any remedies available under your organization's agreement with Supreme Optimization or applicable law.
You may be held personally liable for damages resulting from your violation of this AUP, including any costs incurred by Supreme Optimization or your organization as a result.
-
9. Changes to This Policy
Supreme Optimization may update this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform interface. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised AUP constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
-
10. Governing Agreements
This AUP is part of the overall framework governing your use of the Platform. To the extent of any conflict:
- Contractual agreements control: Your organization's MSA, SOW, and AI Services Addendum take precedence over this AUP.
- This AUP supplements: This AUP provides additional rules for individual user conduct that may not be addressed in the organizational agreements.
